Basic Introduction
The basic PPS course is built around an intensive,
one-to-one session which includes assessment, instruction
in microphone technique, and vocal and confidence-building exercises.
The Next Step
Follow-up sessions concentrate on individual needs in such areas
as speech writing, clear expression, improving delivery and influencing
an audience.
Venue
You can come to our offices or we come to you. Depends on your needs and on the team member.
We can do on-the-spot training in your work place. We also specialise in working to your schedule in your hotel's meeting rooms or business centre.
This is a great advantage for our interstate clients.
PPS for Groups
For corporations, organisations and community groups, PPS workshops
teach the fundamentals of interpersonal communication and public
speaking. There is special emphasis on dealing with clients and
customers, interacting with colleagues, and preparing to address
large or small groups.
PPS offers a results-oriented course in upgrading
the quality of switchboard operators and receptionists, and customised
courses are available in how to prepare for radio and television
interviews.
The Motto
All PPS courses focus on the motto “Preparation Prevents Panic.”
This approach ensures that every client is ready to speak “to
anyone, anywhere, at any time.”
